At HOROW, we stand behind the quality of our home fixtures and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the product in its original box, including all hardware, manuals, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
